The Wrenn Group is pleased to announce that Bowen’s next residential phase of development will begin soon adjacent to The Estuary. We anticipate clearing the land in March to make way for The Greenway, a single-family residential district in Bowen. The Greenway will include lots for 12 single-family detached homes. As with any planned community, specific details of development are subject to change based on a multitude of factors. We’ll keep you informed on this next exciting phase of Bowen!
