One of our favorite events of the year, The Flowertown Festival, took place April 1st-3rd in Summerville. We had a blast promoting our award-winning multi-family communities and connecting with the thousands of visitors that graced our booth during the 3-day event.

Thank you to everyone who came out for cocktails, charcuterie, live music and giveaways last evening. Inclement weather forced us to move the event indoors to the Channel Apartment Clubhouse. It was a pleasure for The Wrenn Group to host our first sponsored homeowner gathering of the year.
