Site Plans for The Greenway and The Landing Approved

Yesterday, we received approval from the City of Hanahan Planning Commission for two of our newest phases of development in Bowen – “The Greenway” and “The Landing”. We expect these newest phases of development to take approximately 12-24 months to complete once we break ground.
