My philosophy is to first create beauty,” says Wrenn Group founder Ray Wrenn. “I then ask myself ‘Would I live here?’ It is always my intent to create real perceived value and take on projects that enhance the worth of an area.”

Ray's early projects included luxury apartment communities in Columbia and Charleston. He then branched out with two premiere condominium communities on James Island and in Mt. Pleasant, respectively.
